Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made on www.scalify.ae and is governed by Scalify FZE, a company registered in the UAE.

By making a payment on our website, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility (7-Day Policy)

Customers may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of successful payment.

Refunds are considered only if:

  • The service has not yet started, or
  • The service has not been materially delivered, as determined by Scalify FZE.

Requests made after 7 days from the payment date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Services that have already started, been partially delivered, or completed.
  • Digital services, consulting, onboarding, strategy, marketplace setup, automation, or custom work once execution has begun.
  • Delays or inability to deliver caused by client-side issues such as missing information, approvals, or access.
  • Change of mind after work initiation.

3. Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

  • Registered email ID
  • Invoice number or payment reference
  • Date and amount of payment
  • Reason for refund request

Requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Processing (Payment Gateway Compliance)

Approved refunds are processed only through the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are initiated after 7 days from approval.

Credit timelines depend on banks and payment gateways and may take 7–14 business days.

Scalify FZE does not control bank or card issuer processing timelines.

5. Partial Refunds

If services have been partially delivered, Scalify FZE may issue a partial refund based on the scope of work completed.

Completed milestones, onboarding, or setup fees are non-refundable.

6. Transaction Fees & Taxes

Payment gateway fees, bank charges, foreign exchange fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Scalify FZE before raising a chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and denial of future services.

Scalify FZE may submit service records and proof of delivery in dispute cases.

8. Policy Updates

Scalify FZE reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time to remain compliant with UAE regulations and payment gateway rules.

Changes are effective immediately upon website publication.
