Scalify FZE does not control bank or card issuer processing timelines.
If services have been partially delivered, Scalify FZE may issue a partial refund based on the scope of work completed.
Completed milestones, onboarding, or setup fees are non-refundable.
Payment gateway fees, bank charges, foreign exchange fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers are encouraged to contact Scalify FZE before raising a chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and denial of future services.
Scalify FZE may submit service records and proof of delivery in dispute cases.
Scalify FZE reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time to remain compliant with UAE regulations and payment gateway rules.
